Group Tours Packages
Our Group tours start with minimum 15+ people up to large group of 50 people, travelling together. our tour package prices are based on assumption of twin sharing basis. Individual solo travelers can also join the tour with additional supplement cost incase they want separate rooms. Program are fixed dated with minor plan changes can happen during the tour due to weather conditions or unprecedented events. Tour will be postponed incase we do not reach the required minimum 15+ people. Fixed departures trip starting from one destination and ending at another/same destination. The dedicated guide service is included throughout the tour. Customer have a possibility to join tour directly in the Host country.
Tours are available based on season in each destinations. Check here for Upcoming tours. Alternatively send us an enquiry, if you have bigger group and we can revert to you separately within 1-4 working day.
If you want to book one of our tours, send us an enquiry and we will clarify once more before booking. Later we will send you booking form along with Offer/quotation, terms of payments, cancellation and bank details. You need to return back a copy of booking form filled with all the customer details and signature. Later upon receipt of payment, we will send a confirmation of your booking.
Yes. Once we see that the advance amount as per offer/quotation is received in our bank account, we will send booking confirmation.
We recommend you shall book the tour at least 3-6 Months in advance, so you have enough time for VISA processing and documentation. Some niche travel products (expedition tours) are already fully booked 6 month to 1 year in advance. For citizens of some countries there is no requirement of Tourist VISA and trip can be confirmed based on agreement and payment as per individual offer terms.
Every host country has different process and documentation requirement for issuing Tourist or transit VISA. You shall refer host country Immigration policy to understand the process. We will guide you incase you book tour with us.
Great!. Visa processing and its issuance is sole decisions of immigration authorities. As per our understanding with authorities, tourist VISA is issued, If applicant correctly fill’s and submit application form (digitally or manually as per guidelines) with correct information, signed and supported by documents required by immigration authorities with a proof of substantial living expenses required during tour. It is expected that applicant has no criminal background. If all is in line, Visa will be processed as per Immigration timelines.
